Popsicle People are a Finnish alternativeelectronic band. They combine distorted guitars and often quite retro-sounding synthesizers to produce a mix of melodic rock and synthesizer-driven pop. The band began at first as a one-man-project by Pasi Palonen, a Finnish alternative rock enthusiast. On the early demos he played everything by himself except the drums which he programmed using a drum machine or a tracker.
