All songs produced, recorded and mixed on a little 8 & 16 track mobile studio in houses and homes in Cahirdaniel, Celbridge, Rathgar, Monkstown, Paris, Killarney, Ranelagh, and Chatham St. College except 'Amie' recorded at Air Studios, London and mixed in Celbridge.

Thanks to David Arnold and all the musicians mentioned above for their help and musical input into the songs on which they performed and their parts in which they helped to arrange, also thank to David Geraghty for help with the bass line in Volcano, and Malachy Robinson and Brian Crosby for their help with the string arrangement on Eskimo.
