This is a joke ! shame on me buying this also ... The list could be endless on what would be worthy to replace some of the junk on here , ok there is some top tracks but save your money . Sound quality is flat .

You are too harsh, some tracks are slightly flat. But on a good sound system you can still blast the tracks without distortion.

Yes the Dream Dance series you mentioned is fantastic! Fortunately to some early on collecting I have nearly all on original pressings from back in the day so I'm not in a rush to snatch them up aside from them being collectable. Radio edits tend to be more obscure since most djs didnt mix with them therefore the majority of vinyl releases had only extended or club mixes. Even now when I search for a particular song and scan through the various releases the one that has the edit 9/10 times is always the more expensive. I do a lot of entertaining and unfortunately many I know have what I like to call musical ADD (i.e. no patience for songs over 3-4 min) so edits fit the bill. I'm too stubborn to add anything into my digital collection that isn't ripped from vinyl first so if it didn't come out on vinyl I don't own it aside from a speckling of rarer mixes from a few NY artists. Agreed on the About Berlin collection being slow..it took me a few volumes to get into the swing but now I love it just to play when I'm chilling in my house...def nothing to dance to. Nonetheless polystar has become a label I stalk on Amazon.de to see what goodies might be coming out whether it be old or newer tunes and I've never had an issue with any of their pressings.

Please cont with the About Berlin series and others like this. I would personally love a series that focused solely on Euro House edits. Would love another with trance / prog classics (98-02) ...let's unlock the vault!!

If you’re looking for great trance classics on vinyl, and don’t mind having the longer versions instead of the short ones, take a look at the Dream Dance Best Of series. They’ve released 4 so far and i think they’re awesome. So far, a new one is released every 6 months, i hope they will continue :)For 90’s euro house i can recommend to take a look at the Hit Box series from Greece. Together they add up to a nice collection of euro hits.I don’t really care for About:Berlin (most of the stuff on there is too slow and boring), but i would totally buy a compilation with more chart-friendly tropical house stuff like Alan Walker, Mike Perry, Jonas Blue, SeeB, etc.Polystar is doing amazing work these days, with Latin Flavour Club as well, back in august (i love caribbean music). The track selection on there made my heart skip a few beats first time i saw it ;) Keep ‘em coming!

I actually prefer the edits over extended mixes (which are a dime a dozen). Trying to find some of these edits on vinyl is like searching for a needle in a haystack. I was after Eric Prydz - Call On Me which only came on a 7" and it was well over $45.. totally asinine. Different strokes for different folks..
