Compilation featuring only San Diego based artists, this compilation, produced by Kevin Hellman and Bart Mendoza, was issued to coincide with the 13th Annual San Diego Music Awards, which took place in 2003. Copies were used for promotion and also handed out to event goers. There was no packaging for this release, just the disc in a white paper sleeve. The logos for event sponsors Citybeat magazine and Mojo Sounds music stores are featured on the bottom of the disc art
