In a prolific year Trust Fund are back with their second full length offering, their debut No Ones Coming For Us still remaining one of our highlights. An eclectic mix of emphatic indie pop, incessant hooks and excited vocals, the fact that theyre already back has us filled with glee. Fortunately Seems Unfair sees them in a similar vein to where they left off. Trust Fund's sophomore album Seems Unfair is an indie rock record with the bright, shaggy-dog qualities of early Superchunk, and it often recalls early Los Campesinos minus the hyperactive streak. They are at their best when they throw in a soured note or stall the pace just as a song threatens to get too comforting
