The Hampdens are a modern and sublime Australian band known for their literary lyrics, originally from Perth, Western Australia, but who now call Melbourne home. The band recently finished recording their debut album The Last Party with producer Victor Van Vugt in New York. The first single from this album, Generation Y, released in July 2007. View wiki.
