You'd have thought some other band would have had the name Explosion before, but maybe fate was just waiting for a band that sounds like this pounding punk foursome from Boston. The Explosion also came in second for best local punk act in the Boston Phoenix. They began touring the U. They were also featured on the 2001 and 2005 Warped Tours.
