Revolution is the title of the tenth album by The Dubliners. It was their second to be produced by Phil Coulter. This was a landmark in their career. Their sound had developed and Coulter, as well as playing piano on the record, had brought in other instrumentalists as well. The album featured Scorn Not His Simplicity, a song that Coulter had composed about his own son, who had Down syndrome, as well as a poem penned by Luke Kelly entitled For What Died The Sons Of Róisín. Update: This is a page I made a while ago as Revolution to me is an excellent and very underrated Album and their best studio work along with their first early live recordings. Hard to find original copies by now Lots of Compilation LPs out there Rereleased on casssetecd with live version of Roisin from Hometown and the Lag Song from their Together Again Album nine years after Revolution omitting Ojos Negro's I think from original version Not much going on here for while and not an official page and not much to post. Released 1970. Revolution Tracklist. Alabama '58 Lyrics. The captains & the kings Lyrics. For faster navigation, this Iframe is preloading the Wikiwand page for Revolution The Dubliners album.
