Repent is the live album by The Dead C, released in 1996 through Siltbreeze. All tracks are written by The Dead C. The Dead C production. Michael Morley instruments. In a real context, the band constructs massive instrumentals which build momentum from their noise, with all of the drone, Krautrock, and Wall of Sound tones that this implies. The key to Repent's efficacy is the human presence behind it rather than interpreting studio manipulations, one actually hears the band creating its noisy tones, and this lends the work the same realism that, to a lesser extent, marks Tusk.
