The cover is a black and white computer print-out, which wraps up a third of the way up the back. The label has THE CULT and the song title in English, and Cyrillic text stating something to the effect of "fanclub issue".
The cover is the same as the cover to The Witch part one, but white instead of black.
The record label is listed in Cyrillic as буд кон, which translates to BUDKON.
