Steve Babb & Fred Schendel - David & Goliath, The Musical CD, Album. Audio X. Despite this, Schendel and Babb always defended the album. Schendel stated I love the album. I tend to think that as time goes by and people see it wasn't a complete shift in direction for us they will relax and it will grow on them for what it is, which is hopefully a collection of really good songs. Schendel stated We took a chance. Some of our fans were wholeheartedly behind it, others remain lukewarm. Steve Babb, Fred Schendel. Glass Hammer chronology. Chronometree 2000.
