His breakthrough came with the release in 1992 of the minimal techno track Pullover. Subsequently, his material became more mellow as he moved away from the hardcore sounds that were then becoming popular in Belgium and the Netherlands. Compared to Krekc, It's a little bit slower, sounds less gritty, less industrial, less energetic. It's still very dark though, but I wouldn't call it hardtechno. I don't mind Krekc being called just plain techno btw. Personally I make a distinction between hard techno and hardtechno, one word.
