This album appeared three years after Ready for the House, which remains the longest interval between Jandek albums so far. It is composed mainly of slow songs, most. Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence is the sixth song and title track on the album of the same name, written and performed by progressive metalrock band Dream Theater.
