Sepulchrum was formed in September of 2007 by members Martin Pedersen lead guitar, Lasse Guldhammer vocals, guitar and Lars Bisballe Jensen drums. Until late summer 2008 the band primarily focused on cover songs. At this point the band completed their lineup with the addition of bassist Anders Jacobsen. Necropolis is the eighth studio album by the Polish death metal band Vader. The album was released on August 21, 2009 by Nuclear Blast. The album was nominated for a Fryderyk Award in the category 'Heavy Metal Album of the Year Album roku heavy metal'. On April 8, 2009, Vader released the first part of their studio report for the album. Subsequently, the second part was released on April 22, and the third part was released on May 27.
