This is an original LP and a definate collectors Must Have. This is Volume 1 of Volume 2 of what was a "Live Recording" at the old Ochentas Night Club of Manhattan, NY. These are the SAR All Stars: On Vocals-Jorge maldonado, Roberto Torres, Fernando Lavoy. Trumpets- Alfredo "Chocolate" Armenteros, Luis Dones, Leonel sanchez, Gordon Tomasin. Bass- marino Solano. Piano- Alfredo Valdes Jr. Bongo- Juan Mendez. Trumbon- Leopoldo Pineda. Tres- Charlie Rodriguez, Victor Trias. Vilins- Rudy Zervigon, Julio Ortiz. Tumbadora- Alberto Valdes. Flute- Eddie Zervigon. All Great musicians. This was a live recording and listening to this LP makes you feel as if you are right there while it's all going on. I was present during this live recording at the old and great night club called Ochentas which is now another gym. This club was promoted by an old friend of mine Fernando Roque, who's now retired and living here in Florida as well. Anything associated with Roberto Torres will always have that Charanga influence! This is 1 great release, and those dancing better be ready to sweat because its L O N G!
