The Singles is a compilation album by English drummer Phil Collins. It was released on 14 October 2016 through Atlantic Records and Warner Music. The album is Collins' third career-spanning 1998 and Love Songs: A Compilation. Old and New 2004-and came at the end of his Take a Look at Me Now series, which saw him remaster and reissue his entire back catalogue dating back to 1981's Face Value. The Phil Collins music is noticeably has higher depth and clarity in the underlying instruments. 5 stars for the content, but 4 stars for this set of discs since playback on the last track on Disc 2 It's In Your Eyes completely fell apart half way through the song. Since this was after 30 days from purchase, I tried to see if Rhino or Warner, Atlantic would send me a replacement Disc 2. Rhino's response. Steve Winwood and this Phil Collins album have incredible dynamic range, and the soundstage is huge. Highly recommend, great collection for any collector

Speechless...Never heard Phil Collins in better sound quality!Even new songs as “I can’t stop loving you”, which were victims of the loudness war on the original CD releases, are perfectly balanced here!This is how a remastered vinyl should sound.Congratulations to the sound engineers!Though no “single versions” included (as expected from an album with this title), it’s Phil’s best compilation to date.
