Postcards from Home is the second solo album by English singer-songwriter Nick Heyward. It was released in 1986 through Arista Records and produced two UK chart singles, Over the Weekend 43 and Goodbye Yesterday 82. Postcards from Home is the follow-up release to this classic and, unfortunately, it doesn't quite measure up. That said, there are some excellent songs here among some filler. I did not know Nick Heyward had this album. I was always a fan and thought that after North of a Miracle, which I bought in 1983 on vinyl, the next release was I Love You Avenue. I have been a fan of Haircut 100 since 1982 and have several of Nicks albums even some rare stuff including Haircut's second album without Nick called Paint and Paint also on vinyl.
