Style is the sixth studio album by Japanese recording artist Namie Amuro and her first in over three years. This album follows her crossover into contemporary R&B and hip hop from the Suite Chic project. Although Amuro has always dabbled with R&B beats, this is her first solo album to predominantly feature the actual style. The discography of Namie Amuro contains 12 studio albums, 7 compilation albums, 47 singles, 14 video albums, 10 live albums and 102 music videos. Amuro has also collaborated with Verbal of M-Flo and Ryōsuke Imai for her Suite Chic project. Namie Amuro made her musical debut as the lead vocalist of Super Monkey's in 1992 under the label Toshiba EMI.
