Larkin Grimm born September 18, 1981 is an American singer-songwriter and musician based out of New York City. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Grimm was born into a religious order called Holy Order of MANS. The Grimm family owns a music store in Dahlonega, Georgia, where she grew up. At age 20 dropped out of Yale University and moved to Alaska, where she hiked and began to experiment with singing.
