Released on September 19, 1988 on Atlantic Records, it contains the glam metal inspired track Cold Blood, co-written by Purnell and Taylor Rhodes, and the power ballad Don't Close Your Eyes, co-written with Bob Halligan Jr and Crack the Sky frontman John Palumbo, both of whom had previously collaborated on Kix songs.
