KISS celebrated their 40th anniversary last year, and released the appropriately titled compilation album Kiss 40 in May of 2014. The band's last studio album was 2012's Monster , and Gene Simmons recently addressed the possibility of doing another record. KISS' 2-CD set KISS Gold 1974-82 was initially released in 2004 as part of the KISS Sound and Vision box set and then as a standalone in January of 2005 and is what the name says, a treasure chest of classics. KISS is one of the greatest hard rock bands ever and have rocked the world for 38 years and are continually gaining new fans, as well as keeping all their old ones. The compilation album Killers from 1982 which was not released in the States is represented by the rocker Nowhere to Run which was previously released on the 2001 KISS box set and the great rocker I'm a Legend Tonight which makes its debut on a US KISS release which closes this set.
