Album

Hands of Time is the third studio album by Kingdom Come. In 1989, Kingdom Come released their second LP, 'In Your Face', with initially strong sales to rival their platinum selling debut, when the band abruptly broke up for personal reasons in August 1989. Without the rest of the band, lead vocalist and primary songwriter Lenny Wolf chose to retain the band's name and record a third album, the band's final international release on Polygram. Creatively, things hadn't improved for Kingdom by 1991, when Hands of Time was released. Whether rocking out on Blood On the Land and Stay or taking a moodier, more atmospheric approach on You'll Never Know, You're Not the Know and I've Been Trying, Kingdom was still without an identity of its own. Lead singerproducer Lenny Wolf continued to emulate Robert Plant, though he's never as soulful. With all of Zep's great albums in print, why does anyone need Kingdom Come . Album 1990 11 Songs. It's impressive album recorded by Lenny Wolf in cooperation with American harpist Carol Taum. As always influences from classic rock of the 70s mixed with atmosphere and energy of the early 90s. Add some guitar solos by Blues Saraceno to the mix. Two hit songs - "Should I" and "Blood on the Land".
If you decide to buy this album think twice before buying so-called remastered edition from Music On CD label. Sound is loud, sharp and flat, obvious compression of sound, it's hard to listen to this CD without getting headache. May be I'm wrong and subjective but I'm preferring original edition sound from 1991.
Booklet is reprint of original edition with no any information about remastering. Probably sound engineer felt shame and didn't want his name to be published?
