Johnny Ashcroft, OAM, FAIHA, born 1 February 1927, North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia is an Australian country musician and songwriter, active from 1954. He is well known in Australia for his 1960 hit 'Little Boy Lost', about a four year old boy Steven Walls who wandered into the bush and was found alive and well after four days and three nights. He retired from the industry in 1998.
