This CD was released in Russia on the CD Maximum label, with release number CDM 0599-274. This label released the entire Jethro Tull/Ian Anderson catalogue in the "2 on 1" format. They are most likely pirated copies of the legal releases; the CD's clearly mention "For sale in Russia only" and "Under licence by Russian Author Society". This one also shows the Chrysalis Records logo on the disc.

The disc comes in a jewel CD box with a folded four-page insert with black & white pictures on the inside, and a back inlay similar to the last page of the insert on the back. There is some small extra information in Russian on the back.

Under Wraps is the 15th studio album by the band Jethro Tull, released in 1984. The songs' subject matter is heavily influenced by bandleader Ian Anderson's love of espionage fiction. It was controversial among fans of the band due to its electronicsynthesizer-based sound, particularly the use of electronic drums. Dave Pegg has been quoted as saying that the tracks cut from the sessions for Broadsword and the Beast would have made a better album, while Martin Barre has referred to it as one of his. 20 Years of Jethro Tull is a 1988 boxed set which spans the first twenty years of Jethro Tull. It was issued as five LPs: Radio Archives, Rare Tracks, Flawed Gems, Other Sides of Tull, and The Essential Tull. It was simultaneously released as both a 3CD and a 3-cassette set, titled 20 Years of Jethro Tull: The Definitive Collection. All three versions were housed in a 12x12inch cardboard-box, with 24-page booklet, the CD and cassette versions having a black plastic tray.
