All the songs were written long prior to the first release of Degradation Trip. The title was taken from the song Solitude, the fifth track from the album. Sounds great to me and an extremely quiet pressing. I agree with the others that the sleeve could have been thought out better. My copy has side A listed as side C but the songs are correct.

Guess I got lucky with my copy. All 4LPs in perfect condition. NO seam splits on the sleeves. A small bend in the corner of the case, but overall a gorgeous copy. Feel for everyone who didn't get a good copy. [UPDATE]Had a number of glaring issues with my copy, which MOV graciously and quickly rectified after I was pointed in their direction to make contact. My faith has been restored; MOV are a top-notch company!I was so excited to receive this as it truly is one of the best collections of music that I have ever heard. A double album with no filler! Devastatingly introspective songs that pull no punches on the state of the composer's soul at the time. The ultimate no filter masterpiece!

this is quite a ridiculous situation, how can you accept a copy that's missing so much stuff? plus the LP you did get was damaged, just complain and return it immediately, this is clearly an isolated case that I'm quite sure MOV would have no problem fixing it for you. I have been searching for a lot of stuff from this label and they have an impressive record of delivering a good product.

This sounds great to me! Kinda wish that for 4LPs and a booklet (oddly not 12x12in) that this came in a more sturdy slip box or something. Oh well, it rocks, it is numbered and colored. Minor complaints.

I've got some bent corner on sleeve aswell. They should really make better sturdy box slipcases..there is just too much empty space, so the case will bend.

Totally agree about the slip box. Received mine with a slightly bent corner and sticker was a bit damaged but was rather too keen on playing it than ask for a replacement. Would have preferred the classic mov plastic cover.
