2xLP Test Press on Trust No One Records. Discs A/B and C/D, respectively, are housed in generic off-white paper dust sleeves, which themselves are housed in a sturdy PVC jacket.
Each respective paper dust sleeve contains hand-written pencil notes specifying the specific test press number, the disc, band name and title of release. Additionally, both sleeves are stamped with the Trust No One Records Logo.

Album 2004. I'd just been introduced to post-metal by a Finnish band called Callisto, and I was liking what I was hearing so far. Isis - Panopticon - 1 - So Did We. Writing for the record began in September 2003, soon after Isis had relocated from Boston to Los Angeles. The album's title is derived from philosopher Jeremy Bentham's panopticon prison ideal and philosopherhistorian Michel Foucault's later allegorical appropriation of the concept. The perpetual collapse and crush of ultra-dynamic sound-design takes on the heightened dimensions of institutionally-induced anxiety, and the carefully constructed artifice of an omniscient predatory apparatus becomes the paradigm of surveillance culture. Engineered and mixed at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on June, July 2004. Type: Full-length. Whilst some tracks originated from little jams the band would do at sound check, the majority of the album was created in time dedicated to writing new material. Genre: Post-Metal.
