I bought 'When Cherished Dreams Come True' at the same time as the 'Witness' 7 after In the Nursery featured on the From Torture to Conscience compilation LP. Either 1984 or 1985 at the latest. Yet my copy has the blue silk screened cover with no number and the same Paragon labels shown on the 2nd press listing. English post-punk.
