Album

One to One is the third album by British pop singer Howard Jones, released in October 1986. The CD release also contains the single version of No One Is to Blame a song featured on his previous album with Phil Collins on drums and backing vocals. The album contained the hits You Know I Love 't You US top twenty and All I Want top 40 in many European countries. The album reached number 10 in the UK and was certified Gold for shipments in excess of 100,000 copies. This is Jones' most musically mature and toned-down album. The synthesizers are less overbearing than on the previous albums, yet the songs are mediocre. One to One reached number ten in the U. but did not fare as well in the U. peaking at number 56.
