Great re-press of a solid Numan album. As a re-issue I would have liked to have seen extra tracks from that period, as there were plenty of B sides and other tracks that were very good. For example We Take Mystery (to bed), early version for me I much prefer to the single version. If you have the Numan classic / latest albums and want to venture more into the genres he tested, the this album would probably be one of the first I would suggest. The album has only 8 tracks and had 3 singles. Stand out tracks, Music for Chameleons, This is my house, I Assisi and a Dream of Siam.

Punchy, well defined sound and a quality, dead silent pressing make this reissue a winner. And for around $20...a solid deal.

Fully agree with the below post, was a bit doubtful about the HD transfer from the original analogue tapes, but the result is superb, well mastered and very quiet vinyl ????????

These Arkive Pressings from Beggars are VERY good. The recent Bauhaus reissues were uniformly excellent and this Numan sounds phenomenal.
