Distorted bass guitars that seem to stand tall in the mix and symphonic soundscapes crawl over the album. The vocal approach remains much the typical Evoken with spoken passages and aggressive grandeur. There are some instrumental songs like A Tenebrous Vision that help build that sadness and dire feeling of lost hope that was the black plague.
