Originally formed sometime mid to late 2004 in Aurora, Colorado, Esprit de Corps began with Chris Gardner on guitar and vocals, Craig Gardner on drums, and Matthew Taylor also on guitar and vocals. Soon after their incepetion, they added Alexander Cutbirth on keys. During the summer of 2005, Matt left the band and Cullen Dammann was added on bass.
