Echonomist, aka Petros Manganaris, from sunny greece, teams up with Resopal on this groovy journey. We're quite sure that these tasty cuts will sizzle on the dancefloor. Title track Ika showcases a prowling, squelchy bass, underpinning druggy vocals and a cowbell that build and build until they hit a huge break down. Polycarbonate track progresses from deep dubby chords into a driving tribal groove. On Loose Faith, the beats are reduced to the minimum, using a drum-heavy groove and a wild analog techno riff that is impossible to escape. his is trippy house music that manages to reference the past whilst being firmly rooted in the present, and looking to the future

At early age, Petros family got him a basic synthesizer GEM and hired a music teacher to teach him traditional Greek music in order to entertain his family on Sundays. At this point he started his own solo project Echonomist, releasing his first tracks on labels such as Resopal, Upon You Records, Time Has Changed, and Dessous , more than ever, Echonomist is driven by his passion for musical creativity. He has evolved into a professional DJ, producer, and live performer. While his style may vary somewhere between underground Tech House and Techno, he never compromises on quality.
