Don Huonot's concept is rather innovative and interesting but, as the bandmembers were very young when Silmänkääntötemppu was recorded, the album falls into easy solutions and it seems to be a bit confusing and weird when taken in its entirety. Still, the songs are somehow good: The melodies sound fine but Ahola's lyrics are confusing - since they are childish gibberish.
