this is actually a pretty decent Breakbeat Hardcore effort with all the typical ingredients of that mid-90s Happy vibe! The main track has a slightly stompier element with the breaks and appears to have been co-produced by Chris Brown, I assume of "DJ Eruption"/United Dance fame, who may (or may not) have had a hand in the engineering.

Nice crunchy sound with lots of uplifting but not obviously overtly cheesy noises. For me, the flip - Hardcore Bizness, is the better of the 2 with a more choppy breakbeat feel...those "boings" made famous in DJ Vibes "Feel Good" tune and mint swooshing sounds, pianos, hoovery riffs and "Hardcore Biznizz, that a take over.." vocal edits....hardly original, but tightly woven and produced and manic as any enjoyable Happy Hardcore tune was of this period....probably got overlooked as was more breakbeat orientated at the time when the bouncier and cheesier stuff was starting to 'dominate'.
