One Hundred Years from Now is the sixth studio album from Dennis DeYoung. The album was initially released in Canada in 2007, with the first single being the title track, which is a duet in French and English with Éric Lapointe. From Now 2009 Loading. Dennis DeYoung is consistent in the quality of song he records and releases. I really can't think of a bad song he has recorded, except perhaps Music Time. However, the one frustration with Dennis over the last 20 to 30 years is his insistence in recording ballad or easy listening songs. He has a voice that can take off both the ballad and the rock tune. I can only hope because the DDY v STYX fan war has been several years of silly by now. I give 100 years from now, This time Next Year, Rain, Save Me, and Crossing the Rubicon all very high marks.
