I am so familiar with this album as I was listening to this band in the '80's. This was the second release and some of it is the college band sound, especially 'Surfboard' with the lyric 'I love my baby, but she's dead anyhow, I love my baby, she's a surfboard now' and the song 'She's So Tall. But the band showed some range with 'Jackson Square' and 'Primitive Rose'. The band over all is a 'Country-Punk'. I suppose that is accurate, but I believe that the band is brilli.
