7800 Fahrenheit is the second studio album by American rock band Bon Jovi. It was released on March 27, 1985, through Mercury Records. The album's title was a reference to the supposed melting point of rock, equivalent to 4313 Celsius as the Fahrenheit scale is mainly used only in the United States, 7800 Fahrenheit thus suggested American hot rock. The album introduced the classic 1980s Bon Jovi logo that would later be used on Slippery When Wet and New Jersey. Slippery When Wet is the third studio album by American rock band Bon Jovi. It was released on August 18, 1986 by Mercury Records in North America and Vertigo Records internationally. It was produced by Bruce Fairbairn, with recording sessions between January and July 1986 at Little Mountain Sound Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The album features many of Bon Jovi's best-known songs, including You Give Love a Bad Name, Livin' on a Prayer, and Wanted Dead or Alive. Wild Is The Wind 5:09 Bon Jovi New Jersey Metal I'll Be There For You 5:47 Bon Jovi New Jersey Metal. Fahrenheit is the album Bon Jovi have tried to forget. With the occasional exception of In And Out Of Love, they dont acknowledge the record at all in the live shows. Why Because it brings back bad memories of a tough time in their career. Bon Jovi: 7800 Fahrenheit deals. Jonathan Louis: 7800 Fahrenheit has occasional moments of inspiration from the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, but the majority of it has a very safe glam metal style. In other words, all of these songs were made with the idea of getting on top 40 radio. I think that was a great work ethic for Bon Jovi to have at the time, and even more so given the personal turmoil the band members were having. 7800 Fahrenheit' is Bon Jovi's second album. It was released in 1985. Pity the disappointing second album: U2's October, the Clash's Give 'Em Enough Rope-and Bon Jovi's 7800 Fahrenheit. New Jersey the most on-the-nose album title since Dirty Mind is Bon Jovi's first set of songs that sound as if they were recorded specifically for packed stadiums outfitted with pyrotechnics. Everything about this record is gloriously huge: the hooks, the solos, the goofy Lay Your Hands on Me intro, the overall haze of Springsteenian testosterone and state-of-the-art '80s cheese. Bon Jovi's sophomore release found the New Jersey group continuing with its engaging mix of hard rock dynamics and blatant pop-metal overtones, and primed the pump for the coming popular explosion of Slippery When Wet. Ever since the keyboard call to arms of the breakthrough Runaway, Bon Jovi had understood that real success lay in a billowing smoke, soft-focus derivation of true metal, where Journey-style synthesizers and soft rock chorus vocals were the name of the game. Studio demos most likely from Century Productions showing the band rehearsing the songs for the their record-breaking Slippery When Wet album. If you Jersey. Bon Jovi. 1986 Live FM Broadcast Remastered. Slippery When Wet. 7800º Fahrenheit. 8 out of 5 stars 609. 7800ø Fahrenheit is the second studio album by Bon Jovi. The album's title was a reference to the supposed melting point of rock. 7800ø Fahrenheit was the group's first record to be certified gold in the US. It remained charted for 85 weeks and was certified platinum on February 19, 1987. Bon Jovi Second album 7800 Fahrenheit again picks up where there self titled finished, my second favourite Jovi album as well best tunes are the ope song In and Out of Love, The Price of Love, Tokyo Road, The Hardest part of the Night, and To the Fire. A must buy for any Bon Jovi fan Highly Recommended. Bon Jovi - Slippery When Wet 1986
