Algiers is the eponymous debut album by American experimental band Algiers. The album was released through Matador Records on June 2, 2015. Algiers received positive feedback from contemporary music critics upon release. Recycled is an album by the Japanese noise musician Merzbow. It is part of the Recycled Music series on RRRecords, each copy is taped over a prerecorded cassette tape, with the artist's name and the title Recycled written on adhesive tape applied to the original artwork. It is a concept album addressing the band members' concerns about the environment. There are only two songs on the album, one for each side, titled simply Part One and Part Two. Raised in the American South, they personify the foot-stomped physicality, call-and-response communiques, and outsized oration of the church, but their music is the anti-gospel.
